Important Safety Recall – HAIARA W5 PRO Power Bank
We are voluntarily recalling HAIARA W5 PRO power banks sold on Amazon.com because the lithium battery can explode and ignite, posing fire and burn hazards.
How to Identify If Your Unit Is Recalled
HAIARA W5 PRO power bank, black, with “20W” printed on the front and “Model: W5 PRO” printed on the side.
Check the side of your power bank for a date code printed in the format YYYYMMDD (e.g., 20250415). If not, your unit is part of the recall. Stop using it immediately and follow the refund instructions below.
How to Receive a Full Refund
- Stop using the power bank immediately.
- Confirm your unit is part of the recalled model. If you are unsure whether your power bank is affected, please email us at HAIARArecall@outlook.com and we will help you confirm before you proceed.
- Do not dispose of it in household trash or recycling. Lithium-ion batteries require special handling. Dispose of it in accordance with your local laws and regulations.
- Take a photo of the recalled power bank with the word “recalled” written on it in permanent marker.
- Please email the photo and your order number (optional, but providing it will help us process your request more quickly) to HAIARArecall@outlook.com. Please confirm in your email that you have disposed of the power bank in accordance with applicable laws.
